What is OpenID?

OpenID is an Internet-wide identity system that allows you to sign in to many websites with a single account.

With OpenID, your ID becomes a URL (e.g. http://username.myopenid.com/). You can get a free OpenID for example from myopenid.com.

    How to run Sidebar as 32-bit process? Link to this post

    Windows 7 x64

    * close all your 64-bit gadgets
    * kill sidebar.exe process
    * run 32-bit Sidebar ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Sidebar\Sidebar.exe")
    * add your gadgets
    * Sidebar will always run as 32-bit process when startup Windows now

    note: If you don't close all your 64-bit gadgets before killing sidebar.exe, Sidebar will run as 64-bit process after reboot.

    Download and install Silverlight 5. Since v5, Silverlight is available as 32- and 64-bit plugin.

    Windows 7 x86

    nothing to do ... Sidebar will always run in 32-bit mode

    Windows Vista x64

    * right-click Sidebar -> 'options'
    * disable 'run when Windows startup'
    * kill sidebar.exe
    * run 32-bit Sidebar ("C:\Program Files(x86)\Windows Sidebar\Sidebar.exe")
    * right-click Sidebar -> 'options'
    * enable 'run on Windows startup'

    note: All gadgets running in 64-bit Sidebar will also be loaded in 32-bit Sidebar (also settings will be retained).

    Install Silverlight 5!

    Windows Vista x86

    nothing to do ... Sidebar will always run in 32-bit mode
